Alison has spent the last 19 years with LocumTenens.com where she has excelled in roles ranging from recruiter to vice president throughout her tenure.Alison led successful specialty teams for the company for several years until she left in 2009 to help start AdvancedPractice.com, a Jackson Healthcare company, serving as Vice President. In 2011 she returned home to LocumTenens.com to launch the Neurology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, and Internal Medicine Subspecialty divisions for the company. Alison took on her current role in 2020 and uses her experience to track customer journeys, interact with customers across various channels and collaborate with internal teams who contribute to customer experience strategy and execution.Alison resides in Cumming, Georgia with her husband Tim, and their two children, Michael and Blakely.
