Operations Manager
CurrentResponsible for managing small team of 10 people and developing the business strategy, tools and processes used by the company and well as driving sales and growth.Account manager for many of our largest clients, helping them to maintain and improve their IT. I provide advice on how to mitigate potential challenges and risks, particularly around security. I work with clients to propose and deliver projects with a keen eye for detail and risk.I’m responsible for maintaining our internal systems such as PSA, RMM, BDR and many other acronyms as well as identifying new products and services for clients and working with new and existing vendors to implement these.The role includes a mixture of business development, account management, sales, support and leadership.
