Specifically, engineering teams who hold U.S. Security Clearances.● My role required meeting and strategizing with key business leaders up to the Director level across a matrixed organization.● Customer Obsessed focused leader with ability to be the bridge for teams and individuals.● I directly managed a team of 13 geographically dispersed recruiters and personally hired 8 Sourcers/Recruiters for my team as well as others.● I trained and developed new and Senior Recruiters through a combination of group meetings, weekly one on ones, and a personalized approach to every member of my team.● Tracked key metrics from initial reach outs, to offer accepts/starts.● Reviewed deeper metrics such as interview stages conversion rates, and historical hiring data to help project and improve future hiring efforts. (Tools used: QuickSight, Beamery, Hire ATS, iCIMS, and MS Excel)● I led weekly Recruiting Team Meetings for our entire organization (approximately 90 individuals)● I was the key Talent Leader to four business lines, each with its own yearly hiring goals.● In 2022, I hired eight new Sourcers and built a recruiting team to stand up a new strategy that would find, interview, and hire 200+ Engineers holding U.S. Security Clearances at the Polygraph level.
