I am really excited to begin work at Guidance Engineering this week! It is a company I was immediately drawn to due to their work in accident prevention and analysis in the outdoor industry. My role in the company will be a test engineer and I will be responsible for preparing and conducting laboratory mechanical testing of consumer products, programming test equipment using MATLAB and similar languages, compiling information for and preparing publications, among other responsibilities.
