As the groups Branch Business Development Manager at Morgans, Andrew provides key management of the 56 branch businesses throughout the Morgans network. This relationship incorporates a number of core areas:• Strategy & Planning• Equity & Succession• Advice Delivery• Growth Drivers• Development & TrainingAs part of this role Andrew also focuses on: • Branch budgets & costing• Developing and delivering monthly branch business KPI's• Adviser Management & Performance• Identification & mitigation of any potential branch and broader business risks • New Branch, Third party & Adviser on boarding• Liaising with a number of internal departments to ensure service deliverables to clients are met and exceeded.In addition to the above, Andrew is also heavily involved in a number of business initiatives; some of which include: • Head of the Morgans Adviser Academy - an internal program aimed at developing new advisers. As part of this programme we host monthly sessions to bring current themes and subject matter experts to present to the academy. • Head of the Morgans Innovation Group - a network of representatives from across our branches and head offices (170 participants currently). This programme provides an avenue for the broader network to bring forward great ideas, drive innovation, insights and support change for the business. It enables us as a large organisation to enact change on a local level in a very personalised fashion.
