With over 20 years of IT experience, I am a passionate and driven leader in the field of cybersecurity and offensive security testing. I have a proven track record of designing and delivering high-quality enterprise systems, performing and managing hundreds of penetration tests, and training and mentoring security professionals and developers. Currently, I am pursuing my doctoral degree in cognitive science, machine learning, and offensive security at Universidad de Guadalajara, CUCEI, where I conduct cutting-edge research and teaching. I am also the co-founder and board member of CactusCon, the largest non-profit cybersecurity event in Arizona, where I support the financial planning and forecasting for the annual conference. Previously, I was the Vice President and General Manager of Latin America at Bishop Fox, a leading global cybersecurity consulting firm, where I built and led a diverse and talented team of security testers across multiple countries and regions. I am also a former Microsoft MVP in developer security and a frequent speaker at major industry events such as Defcon, Toorcon, and BSides.
