As a Project Officer at N.V. Optiek Ninon I was responsible to enhance marketing strategies in order to attract Generation Y and Z as customers. I was also made available to assist the Operations Mangers and the General & Business Development Manger. During my period of service I accomplished the following: • Developed a detailed project plan to involve customers as co-creators.• Developed strategies for employees to internalize the company's mission and vision statements.• Managed and assisted with more than 20 marketing campaigns.• Assisted with the launch of the "NINON Eye-wear".• Developed a strategical plan to utilize WhatsApp Business to enhance customer service.
