I am the Founder and Director of TAPES Solutions, with a strong educational background in Civil Engineering (Diploma and B.Tech), Psychology, English Literature (BA), and Elementary Education (D. El. Ed). My career spans roles as a technical guide, faculty member, supervisor, and advisory board member. I have served as student president of the Indian Concrete Institute (ICI), the Association of Consulting Civil Engineers India (ACCEI), and the Institute of Engineers India (IEI), and as National Coordinator for Smart Infr-EST.I am passionate about social causes, organizing events like Dhan Utsav and Joy Ride to support orphanages and old age homes. My commitment to continuous learning includes courses in Sales and Marketing, sports coaching from the Sports Authority of India, and a Diploma in Food & Nutrition, along with online courses in Child Psychology, Sports Science, Cooking, and Event Management.Through TAPES Solutions (Talent Acquisition Platform for Empowerment of Students), I aim to empower students and foster their growth, leveraging my diverse background and expertise to make a positive impact.
