As a researcher at the Faculty of Physics, University of Warsaw, I have been focused on computer modeling of 2D materials, such as graphene, hexagonal boron nitride, and their compounds. I have developed my own C/C++ code to search for the most stable configurations of atoms in CBN alloys, and used various quantum mechanical simulation packages on workstations and clusters.I have published two papers, attended and presented at more than 20 international conferences, and collaborated with several research groups across the world. I have also taught general physics and computer modeling courses, and led a grant project funded by the National Science Centre Poland. I am interested in environmental solutions for the earth, and would like to join a team that develops technologies for reducing CO2 emissions and generating green energy.
