Current• Coordinate cross-functional teams towards total technological benefit for the organization• Lead Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system development and implementation for project in local and offshore operation that address Cervical Cancer Management• Take part in strategic technological vision and direction to establish an integrated digital platform• Mentor team, share skills and expertise and encourage each member to bring forward ideas and suggestions for improvement• Review and assess existing systems and replace siloed and bottlenecked software architecture to boost productivity and establish an integrated data-driven system for management information • Orchestrate efficient large-scale software delivery including holistic healthcare solution, health service centric data warehouse, school information system and SSO based back-office solution.• Lead Application Development process with proven architecture and design experience for achieving organizational service quality and efficiency• Establish Quality Assurance, Documentation and Issue Tracking practices that improve internal processes and productivity • Identify gaps and impacts of existing processes and systems, and ensure that new technical requirements are properly integrated with processes and skill sets• Follow up of strategic objectives connecting daily activities, and report to top management as well as steering committee
