I spent most of my years working with XP practices and Scrum and Kanban based workflows to help teams and organisations to achieve not only better results, but also more engaging working environment. Where people can understand how their work impact on the real business. I usually find myself mentoring and helping people to realize how Agile influences the commitment and the joy of people of the work force.As part of management team my background as a developer help me to get closer to software teams whereas I can facilitate technical-business discussions working as an interface between those two (sometimes distante) worlds.
