As a continuous improvement specialist I helped lead and encourage the redesign for one of the sub-assembly lines at Wright Manufacturing. By using the understanding of lean manufacturing and data driven decisions I was able to help create new work stations that increased efficiency and overall quality.

Being on the maintenance crew I was in charge of the maintenance and upkeep for over 75+ acers of farm land. Responsibilities included lawn and tree care as well as operating large machinery. During my time I also provided customer service assisting clients, commercial and residential, with selecting the right trees, plants and other yard or garden accessories for purchase.
