Working on purpose built Renault Clio race cars for the UK Renault Clio Cup and Michelin Renault Clio Cup. The UK series running on the TOCA package as a support for the BTCC means professionalism is required at all times, through all aspects of the race weekend. As both championships are single make series this means a great emphasis has been played on the set up of the chassis. Through the experience of working for Westbourne i have developed my knowledge in race chassis setup in order to try and gain that competitive edge. The 2015 season has seen me gain the trust of upper management to be designated a sole technician on one of the new customers race cars. The first round of the season saw two podium finishes and a pole position for the car. With the rest of the season ahead i look forward to honing my skills in an attempt to try and repeat these results and gain the driver the success he is investing in. Additionally, Westbourne run Citroen Saxo's that compete in the Junior Saloon Car Championship. Giving 14-17 year olds the chance to prove themselves in saloon cars. This is also a single make championship that requires the utmost finesse to try and maintain a competitive advantage over the rest of the field.

As well as managing two Project selling replicas of two of the first ever automobiles (Benz patent-Motorwagen and Ford Quadricycle), i work as a workshop engineer servicing and restoring vintage and veteran cars. Managing the projects consists of Dealing with the replicas, including final inspection and test runs, leasing with the manufacturer to continuously improve the product quality, distributing the vehicles and leasing with customers. Furthermore i also travel the continent, teaching the customers how to operate the vehicles and ensuring they are totally satisfied with operating and maintaining them. Bramley Engineering as a new venture and i am excited to be involved with the development stages of the business as this gives me opportunity to enhance my business development skills.

Here we supported M-sport JWRC rally team with the servicing of Fiesta R2 rally cars for customer drivers. These driver were trying to make a name for themselves and succeed in a competitive market. This meant that each car had to be to the maximum standard possible to allow the driver to portray their talents with interference or hindrance of technical issues. Service times were often vert constrained with tight time limits on them this required working under pressure and great communications with team mates of differing nationalities. Days were also long requiring great fatigue and continental travel displayed great willingness to work afar.

Throughout my time at caffe tempo I prided myself in the customer service and product quality I delivered to the customers, whilst also promoting a start up business to success.

As a popular town centre coffee shop m duty was to work as part of a team to ensure each customer was serviced with the best service and product quality to ensure their loyalty and repeat business. With up to 10 members of staff working in a confined space it wad essential that team work and communication skills were constantly excised to be able to perform these duties under pressure.
