- Construction management scheduling: Created tasks for column, pad footing, Elevator shaftand stairs inspections using fieldwire- Tracked QA/QC reinforcing inspections and followed up with assignee to ensure all the inspection forms have been signed off- Organized concrete test reports to include age of samples tested, gridline coordinate and date of test. Uploaded the forms to appropriate tasks in Fieldwire- Provided quantity control for concrete slips & reports (e.g., structural inspection by BushBohlman) to the appropriate tasks in Fieldwire- Marked up slab on grade pour break on floor plans using field wire features (shapes, markup etc.) and made each section distinct for easy visibility. Adjusted them to match any work changes- Overlayed structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings to see if there is any conflict using Bluebeam. Reported any conflict to senior Project Coordinator- Tracked and markup the excavation and backfilling of trenches for mechanical and electrical conduits/pipes and other underground utilities (Daily)- Assisted in weekly site water testing for turbidity and recorded the data in turbidity log- Worked on permits and created spreadsheets to track IFCs (Issue for Construction). The Specs were delivered by consultants- Worked with the alliance members: Parkin Architect and Island Health. Sent out Design Instructions (Dis) for signing and issue them out to consulting companies and subcontractors when fully executed. I utilized Gate Three, Fieldwire and SharePoint- Completed Topographic surveying, Construction Surveying and other layouts onsite- Assisted Design manager on doors research from EllisDon past hospital projects. Did analysis for all doors used in Burnaby hospital and Royal Columbia Hospital- Trained on Construction Site Safety and attended daily tailgate meetings
