Sachse was founded in 1991 and headquartered in Detroit, Sachse Construction has built millions of square feet of commercial, retail, multifamily, and institutional space throughout the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.I set strategy, managed ERP software, developed processes, and guided and maintained team member training and career development. Through my guidance, I oversaw the evolution of the Training and Empowerment Department grow from a one-person operation to a seven-member team. Training and Team Member Development• Started a coaching program and became certified in both Kolbe and Crucial Conversations. Managed the creation and on-going support of all corporate processes and process website. • Created a comprehensive 3-week new hire onboarding program that included training, department overviews, job shadows, mentors, and more. • Coordinated curriculum with over 30 instructor led courses; implemented training requirements equaling approximately 40 hours of training per year; managed the creation of training videos; and led over 20 different classroom courses. • Initiated mentor and reverse mentor programs, as well as career development plans for all team members. I also designed and launched a comprehensive communication plan for training that included: training tips, reminders, and recommendations to keep team members engaged. ERP – Project Director • Delivered an enterprise resource plan and five 3rd party software applications in seamless 14-month implementation plan on time and under budget. • Launched a comprehensive communication campaign through emails and videos to educate team members about the upcoming software and launch dates and led a team of four to create over 500 pages of training documents in approximately one month before going live.

It is one of the top performing contractors in market specialties such as education, energy, federal, healthcare, industrial and manufacturing and special event facilities.Project Manager Special Projects (Feb. 2010 – Jan. 2012)• Led the initiative to revamp operations processes and procedures. • Worked toward branding BMC as a sustainable company by managing such projects as the “you choose” program, sustainable k-12 prototype design, BMC Carbon Footprint calculations and led the Sustainability Team.• Redesigned six intranet sites (Microsoft SharePoint) in order to enhance user experience.Project Manager - SAP Training Lead (Feb. 2009 – Feb. 2010)• Created and implemented the SAP training plan to train over 750 employees during an accelerated 12-month SAP implementation. • Led over 40 employees, located across the country, to become trainers and training support during the 6-week training program. • Designed training materials and led 10 employees to write and deliver materials and courses ahead of schedule. Successfully implemented RWD's uPerform program. • Created and launched multiple e-learnings to support classroom training.Project Manager (Nov. 2005 – Jan. 2009)• Project Managed, Superintended, and Engineered alongside a team of three engineers, seven superintendents, and support staff (total 11), to construct a $72 million bond project in the Troy School District. The 2004 bond construction projects were completed September, 2008. There were 22 buildings in the district: one new middle school, 19 additions and renovations throughout two high schools, four middle schools, 12 elementary schools and 4 support buildings.

Taught 14 different classes as needed per term in the Interior Design Department, such as Building Systems, CAD, Commercial Design, Drafting, Model Building and drawing.
