Accomplishments• Led the Indiana Market to become the 1st market in the North Division to provide virtual onboarding for all new employees through COVID constraints. • Led Manager Self Service trainings across 9 distribution and 3 manufacturing, both virtually and in-person, to prepare the leadership teams for the transition from current ticketing system to ServiceNow. • Designed and coordinated leaders for Frontline Employee Development program to ensure frontline employees the opportunity to receive training, mentorship, and coaching opportunities that help build engagement and career ownership. • Provide support for +2,200 employees across 3 manufacturing plants and 9 distribution centers.

Accomplishments• Participated in labor negotiation prep and at the table negotiations for southern IN location that resulted in an agreement on the 1st day of negotiations. • Supported Market Realignment project, revising the Indiana guidebook to incorporate all locations, supporting labor negotiations prep for 2 additional facilities, and providing workforce analytics to leadership to ensure data integrity through the process.• Formal Recognition from multiple locations for commitment to support and timeliness to provide solutions to complex issues.

Accomplishments• Lead work-redistribution project, building SMEs & centralizing work streams in Accounts Receivables, Payroll, and financial reporting. This project led to a 12% reduction in workforce and 80% reduction in OT hours. • Managed a $125k Permanent Merchandising Display budget for the entire SOIN Market; ensuring that all 5 locations have the appropriate merchandising equipment available to place in customer accounts to maximize sales.
