As an MBA student at Great Lakes Institute of Management, I am pursuing a dual major in Marketing and Finance, with a keen interest in data analytics, economics and business strategy. I have earned multiple certifications from Coursera and Jobaaj.com to enhance my skills and knowledge in these domains.Prior to joining GLIM, I worked as a Customer Success Associate at Dozee, a health-tech startup that provides remote patient monitoring solutions. I was responsible for conducting hospital demos, meeting stakeholders, building relationships, organizing CME and CNE, and coordinating with the sales team. I also have experience in hospital operations and healthcare management, having worked at Columbia Asia Hospital for two years. Additionally, I founded and ran Arka's Kitchen, a cloud kitchen that delivered diet food, for 11 months.I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command over written and verbal English. I have exceptional abilities in leading and managing teams, developing procedures, and streamlining processes for business excellence. I am passionate about learning new things, solving problems, and creating value for customers and stakeholders.
