* Planning, coordination, controlling and final hand over of the projects, and ensure that all snag items are completed and handed over. * Review and ensures all activities are performed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and documents. Follow – up and monitor design changes as instructed by the Engineer along with providing the necessary contractual notifications. * Monitoring and controlling the delivery and use of Equipment on Sites, ensuring regular maintenance is carried out. * Coordinates the activities with the Consultant, Site Engineers, Subcontractors, Design office, and Clients. Receipt of approvals and effective interfaces.
