• High rise structural design using latest computer software’s. • Preparation of structural drawings and modeling using REVIT. • Preparing schematic design drawings according to building structure. • Using computer simulations to modeling, analyzing and designing a structurethat confirms with national and international codes requirements. • Preparing design drawings for reinforced concrete elements and calculation reports. • Evaluate Geotechnical reports and determine the appropriate most cost effective method of Construction and determine the Best type of Foundation to be used considering Cost and safety. • Coordinate with all other disciplines during the design life Cycle to avoid discrepancies and rework and guaranty maximum efficiency. • Provide clarifications for all RFI’s during construction and tendering stages and Answer all queries to all authority’s and Employers.

1) Duties During Design Phase: • Preparing schematic design drawings according to building structure. • Using computer simulations to modeling, analyzing and designing a structurethat confirms with national and international codes requirements. • Coordinate Geotechnical Investigation requirements and evaluate submitted quotations in terms of Price and Compliance to local Codes and regulations. • Evaluate Geotechnical reports and determine the appropriate most cost effective method of Construction and determine the Best type of Foundation to be used considering Cost and safety. • Preparing design drawingsfor reinforced concrete elements and calculation reports. • Coordinate with all other disciplines during the design life Cycle to avoid discrepancies and rework and guaranty maximum efficiency. • Prepare safety structural report about the integrity of existing buildings and provide recommendations through field observations and calculations. • Provide clarifications for all RFI’s during construction and tendering stages and Answer all queries to all authority’s and Employers. • Prepare Minutes of meetings and Meeting Agenda for all design sensitive meetings. 2) Duties During ConstructionPhase: • Regular site visits to construction sites to assist and support site team. • Approve all major Concrete pouring operations to confirm that all design assumptions have been achieved at site. • Witness all geotechnical investigations to confirm data correctness and guaranty accuracy and compliance to requirements. • Witness general concrete pouring operations as part of the Quality Control process implemented in the company. • Fulfill the Duties of the Project Engineer at his absence and maintain site supervision. • Review and approve shop drawings. • Review and approve material submittals and provide constructive feedback and compliance to the contract specifications.
