- Represent HR in joint management committees, steering committees with successful track records of presentation, negotiation and approvals of annual work programs and budgets
- Manage a fund for training, technology transfer and scholarship for operator and NOC's personnel
- Initiated a turnkey project to design, construct and operated a field training center with a capacity 250 persons
- Took the lead in the design and implementation for fresh graduate recruitment and development programs for 600+ nationals with outstanding results leading to the integration of a competent local workforce currently.
