I have twenty years of program management experience and technical background. Combined with years of working experience in different positions. I am currently in charge of AWS Education to Workforce program in Greater China. My purpose is to promote the development of AWS brand and education in universities and vocational colleges across the country, I have established cooperation with more than 300 universities in the region, and built the lasting and stable relations with many of them (including Hong Kong and Taiwan). During this period, the influence of cloud computing, big data knowledge and courses in the field of education has been expanded, and cloud computing talents in Colleges and universities have been transferred to customers and partners. In addition, I have deep participation and management experience in the construction of training, certification and talent cultivation ecosystem.I am also concerned about the development of new technology and the new application mode of the industry. Focus on improve my skill of communication and coordination management, organizational agility and ability to interact across all level of the organization, and expertise in multi-national environment and collaborating across teams.
