Brian is a full-time crypto advocate. His work experience spans various fields, including real estate, corporate sectors, politics, and fashion. Before entering the crypto space, he co-founded an advertising agency called Chançe and dedicated part of his career to communications. It was during this last project that he encountered the crypto world.Brian joined Kodilabs, a crypto startup based in Peru, where he started designing a crypto payment infrastructure called Paygron. This multichain payment system allowed him to lead the UX design of the product and oversee its communication strategies. Being part of a startup required him to acquire diverse knowledge, which led him to delve deeply into economics, finance, and coding.He pursued numerous courses on crypto, blockchain, and financial systems from institutions such as EOSIO, MIT, Ocean Academy, Bloomberg Institute, the University of Nicosia, and Platzi, among others. Noticing the language barrier in crypto education—often limited to English—he founded 21MBulls, a community based in Peru but with global outreach. This community comprises professionals from various fields, such as journalism, development, research, design, and law, all advocating for crypto.To further blockchain adoption in Peru, Brian joined the elite team of BeInCrypto ES, where he served as a Brand Ambassador and journalist. He became an active member of the LATAM crypto space, attending, speaking at, and reporting on the region's most important events.In 2021-2022 he was a fellow at the Digital Euro Association, dedicating time to studying stablecoins and CBDCs. Brian actively promotes this research to LATAM communities, seeking to bridge knowledge gaps in the region.Currently, he works at Meta Pool, focusing on decentralized economic models, DAOs, and grant approaches for public goods. His primary goal remains increasing blockchain and DLT adoption globally, starting with his home country, Peru.
