The team's business unit focused on in-house warehouse management systems, and interfaced with multiple other units within the company. I was a transfer from another team and had a lot to learn about Logistics. Andrew was relatively new to the company at the time but quickly showed that he had become a subject matter expert in many areas in his short time with the company. He played a key role in helping me come up to speed with the systems I’d inherited. Andrew worked very well with stakeholders in defining MVP requirements for large and vaguely defined projects and planned technical implementations with great attention to detail. He also showed much curiosity and was often the source of impactful ideas for improving warehouse throughput, and efficiency. He had an eye for finding highly impactful work as it related to the current business environment. Andrew is very intuitive and personable. Our department's stakeholders always spoke very well of him, and he was the most requested engineer on the team when new projects were being planned by the business. With his combination of communication skills, business acumen, and technical ability Andrew would be a great addition to any company looking for a talented engineer and / or future engineering leader."
