As a Recruiting Coordinator for Patreon, I primarily worked on coordination for our Product teams (Product Management, Product Marketing, & Product Design). To ensure a great candidate experience, I updated and maintained our ATS (Greenhouse) and personal trackers on Google Sheets. I created trackers to measure candidates' time in the interview process, to manage interviewer training schedules and feedback, and to organize interview processes across 20+ requisitions in the Product org. Maintaining these trackers allowed us to create more efficient interview training processes and perfect our candidate's interview experience.Patreon is a creator-founded membership platform that helps creators change the way their art is valued through a direct relationship with their fans. As an HR Associate, I primarily worked on recruiting for our Health Homes Care Coordination Development team and also assisting with recruiting needs across various programs within NADAP. This involved reaching out and sourcing candidates on various job platforms, screening candidates, and facilitating during the offer process.
