- Lead hotel audits in Middle East and Africa by reviewing all operations cycles from Management Agreements, Monthly Close Process, Purchases and Payables, Revenue and Receivables, Payroll and HR, Cash and Applications User Access while supervising a team of auditors consisting of DOFs and junior staff.- Lead investigations in Europe Africa and Middle East of alleged or suspected violations of corporate policies and criminal laws, including theft, fraud, embezzlement, conflicts of interest, collusion, kickbacks, bribery, FCPA violations and records falsification.- Develop investigative plans, engage third parties as needed, manage investigation costs and provide litigation and insurance claim support.- Part of a team of investigators/forensic accountants located in Europe, Asia and USA.- Participate in the development of and launched the company’s Anti-Corruption Audit program, including a targeted annual anti-corruption risk assessment process.- Collaborate with Legal/Compliance, Human Resources, Divisional/Regional Finance, Operations and other teams as needed to investigate, resolve and remedy all matters.- Provide recommendations for remediation and disciplinary action.- Conducted 10 Anti Corruption Program audits in Asia, Middle East and Africa.- Successfully investigated 60 cases in less than 2 years.

Assurance Engagements:- I have audited the following industries:1) hospitals, 2) NGOs, 3) Manufacturing, 4) Construction, 5) Advertising agencies, 6) Retailing entities; and 70 Schools. - I was involved in the planning of the audit, gathering audit evidence, and the completion of the audit which included reviewing the financial statements of our clients.- I also worked under a secondment agreement in PwC's Abu Dhabi office on three engagements.Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Engagements (FCPA):- I was part of a global investigation with PwC on an FCPA related case. It has increased my skills in interviewing, researching, investigating, and interrogating. - Scrutinizing evidence to point out forged documents and fraud.- The case was successfully investigated that led us saving the client millions of US Dollars in taxes.
