About Stacey "Ax" Axmaker

Consistently delivering innovative, high-quality, cost-effective solutions and strategies by creating a team culture and leveraging that team to exceed goals and expectations. Founder and CKO of Be Crash Free.Be Crash Free is a mission-driven organization with a clearly defined set of values. We encourage our employees to have a strong sense of purpose, a high level of self-esteem, and the capacity to think clearly and logically toward the accomplishment of our mission. That mission is to inspire and empower individuals to make choices and take actions to achieve their goals in work, family, outside interests, etc.The following principles underlie our work and represent our interpretation of what many call a philosophy for living on earth:**An individual’s life is a value and an end in itself.**We are all free to choose; however, we are also all bound to the consequences of our choices.**We cannot wish facts out of existence.**In “The Moment of Truth,” it is too late to go back and make different choices. We endeavor to work and live these ten values:Reality, Reason, Judgment, Productivity, Honesty, Integrity, Justice, Pride, Self-Esteem, and TeamworkOur approach to work is inspired by the Greek philosopher Aristotle.“We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but we rather have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then is not an act, but a habit.”
