I am a problem solver and passionate entrepreneur. At 20 I successfully launched my first start-up. Over the years I maintained the philosophy that there is no problem that cannot be solved. My IT career spans entrepreneurial start-ups, consulting, and industry roles at large global enterprises covering all facets of IT. I take pride in identifying opportunities to develop transformative technology solutions to better support businesses’ enterprise IT function and simplify IT operations.After successfully launching and running my first two start-ups in California, I founded Guardian Technology Group (GTG). GTG was an immediate success because it solved many of the problems that I identified with Managed Services Providers. Proudly, our team has maintained a nearly 100% retention rate among our clients. We focus on innovation and automation, creating solutions that consistently deliver value.As companies increasingly move to the cloud and adopt a remote workforce, unique challenges in enforcing principles of least privileged access are created. More stringent compliance, audit and regulatory requirements also create time consuming and expensive tasks for companies. With these shifts to more complex hybrid and multicloud environments, I have identified a number of shortcomings in currently available software platforms that can create unnecessary complexity and significant IT security risks. To solve for these problems, in 2021, I launched ObserveID, Inc. - an identity intelligence, automation, and compliance platform that enables organizations to analyze user behavior in real-time, drive intelligence, and automate access changes required for mitigating security risks in modern hybrid and multicloud architectures. Incorporated into the platform is a complete multi-tenant SaaS solution to automate the entire IT compliance process to satisfy internal and external compliance requirements. In 2020, Gartner added a new category to its “Identity and Access Management Technologies Hype Cycle” called Cloud Infrastructure Entitlement Management (CIEM). CIEM along with Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), are precisely where ObserveID uniquely fits into the marketplace. ObserveID can be implemented as a standalone identity intelligence and automation solution, or seamlessly integrated, via our proprietary Universal Connector technology, with other leading software solutions. When I am away from work, I am likely spending time with my greatest passion – my family. We are avid travelers and enjoy exploring the world and learning about other cultures.
