Key accomplishments:- More than $3 million raised to deliver projects in partnerships with members, including c. $2 million in funding for a climate resilience project in East Africa and the Middle East;- Creation and delivery of a new partnership programme that supports interpretation at sites of enslavement: RISE;- Creation and delivery of INTO Incubator, learning programme developed for small heritage trusts interested in the NT's sustainable business model;- Oversight of major communications project leading to professionalised communications standards for INTO and a new website; and- Spokesperson for INTO in international venues.
