Currently I'm doing art for web3 communities (POAP, Ethereum Foundation, ENS, Devcon, GitPOAP, Ninja DAO, TAB, etc) but I pursue the goal of creating my own fellowship community and becoming an independent artist. Also I'm running my own channel about design since 2017, sharing knowledge with the Russian design community and local friends, which goes hand-in-hand with my artistic journey.Just realised I was able to survive independently for more than a year already. It was a fascinating journey to web3 user experience through working fully remote within a small and cozy international dev team. We created the first decentralised identity solution for organisations, and also the first decentralised marketplace for travel inventory. I was the only designer in the team, so it made me feel the burnout that earlier I only heard about at my psychology classes in the uni. However, I think this particular job made me who I am as a designer and also helped advance resilience in the toughest of times. Thank you Winding Tree. Love y'all

Incredible learning path for me and a great pivot from graphic design to all things design. Took this opportunity and never hesitated to say it was one of the best decisions of my life. Dedicated my entire self to this job and went crazy on self-development learning things beyond design skill-set like communication, business, product management, teamwork, and presentation. Also had a great chance to witness the rise of Figma, while switching the whole company design unit to a new software and creating the first design system. But the most fascinating thing by far was interviewing our users. I had a chance to visit headquarters of Marioff, Planmeca, Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare, and such, with a UX-research mission to ultimately improve our product and the way we work with users. Over the pandemic time I was responsible in several partnership design efforts with Bain&Co, Amadeus, and other top-tier clients. With the skills achieved as a designer in advertising and branding, I started to learn typography myself and had several online projects which gave me recognition. Then I was lucky to meet some people from Silicon Valley and I was mostly working with YC startups and entrepreneurs from California for all these 5 years. Had the honor to work with Neuralink, Vicarious, Squire, Virgin America, Winding Tree, Roomstorm, Glasschart. Squire once raised 600K at 43North's pitch competition event in Buffalo, with a pitch deck that i designed.

The very first design job I landed, having 0 experience in design and advertising. I worked for 4 years, making mockups for adds, pre-press, layouts, logotypes. Learned how to print and make everything printable. Grown up to a senior designer from an apprentice. Basically learned everything at work.
