Starting a new journey in my professional career, I've decided to establish myself in Marseille and to pursue my activities in freelance. PhD in Management and specialized in teams, performance and esports I'm always looking for new projects. Fluent in French and English, I'm able to teach for business schools and universities courses in my thesis specialization, i.e: Human Resources, Management and Organizational Behavior. I'm also developing new areas in which I feel comfortable, especially regarding the questions of implementing the scientific method (qualitative and quantitative methods, mixed methods etc.) for undergraduate and master students. Of course my interest in esports led me to develop courses that cover aspects that are particularly interesting in my eyes, such as understanding the esport ecosystem, using esport to understand OB concepts, or using esport to develop new competences. On top of my teaching activities I'm always looking for research projects regarding the development of esport in France and in the world, both at the professional and amateur level, being in companies, in universities or in the local communities. Finally I'm always willing to help private or public structures develop their understanding of esport, and to accompany them in their journey to implement it at their level. Of course my PhD in management allows me to also explore opportunities to help transform managerial processes within structures.
