Implemetation of SOP, cGMP, cGDP, ISO, and Safety guidelines

1. Conducts ink adjustments by achieving the color guide standards2. Assure material balance in ink usage and documents all consumption to serve as a reference for the next order of a certain job3. Reports to R&D Manager regarding ink monitoring and adjustments for further study4. Keep a track record of all ink requisition for future reference

1. Analyzes jobs at hand and determines its print and production feasibility2. Plans and prepares job for production and prepares optimum lay-out proposal for new jobs.3. Responsible for the approval of color proofs for development; reviews results of CP (color proof) & Pilot run prior to establishing a final production plan and job order4. Responsible for the commissioning of new materials, new machines, process improvements, and other cost-reduction related projects. Issues job orders for new and development jobs5. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending technical training's that are beneficial to the department or function6. Ensures safety and quality of products through firm adherence to applicable policies and regulation to meet technical and legal requirements and standardsContributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed. Performs other related duties that may be assigned by the Pre-Press assistant manager from time to time.
