The Association Hemmaplan focuses on the social integration of children and youth in socioeconomically challenged areas of Malmö, primarily through sports and community activities. During the summer, I served as a supervisor for youth engaged in summer employment programs by the City of Malmö. I also designed and implemented projects in Lorensborg and Bellevuegården. My responsibilities included establishing connections with local associations, handling administrative tasks, and organizing a community day for residents in these two areas.

Malingsbo Confirmation Camp is an annual four-week camp that hosts approximately 60 young participants each summer. While operating independently, the organization collaborates with the Swedish Church.As the President, I held ultimate responsibility for the camp's activities. My role primarily involved administrative tasks, including meeting coordination, contractual agreements, and external liaisons with entities such as the Swedish Church and our supporting association. In addition to the administrative aspects, I oversaw the development of effective group dynamics among participants and leaders, as well as managed logistical aspects of the camp.During the summer, I also served as the Kitchen Manager, which involved tasks such as budgeting, procurement, meal planning, cooking, and overseeing the overall logistics of the camp kitchen. Additionally, I coordinated a closing dinner for the youths' families, where we prepared and served a three-course meal to 170 seated guests.
