In my function I lead a team which is responsible for Definition and Execution of all Exterior parts.In our function of Definition we define all part surfaces by technology, colour, gloss and grain based on internal strategies, benchmark analysis and innovations. Design internal we cooperate with the Design team and Color and Trim. In our function we translate the design in a technical description to support cost balancing activities. As an interface we ensure cross functional communication in all aspects and escalate challenges early to develop robust solution with highest quality.In our role for Execution we work on all part to part interfaces. We develop strategies and sections for highest quality perception and robust execution. During the development we do regular checks based on math reviews and work closely with the studio team and engineering.
