I have worked mostly as a Customer service representative both over the phone and over email, as a Customer care representative, as a Back Office agent and a Resource Desk agent helping new associates improve their performance, as a trained Medical Biller managing Medical Claims, Insurance eligibility and implementing strategies to help Hospitals and Clinics get their revenue stream in check.I have a bachelor's degree in Social Communications that paired with my English skills has helped me build a career in the BPO industries. I have used most of the basic tools, software, and apps you can use as a regular business processing agent including Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and the specific websites and systems used for each campaign I have worked for.
