Tutor over 2 off 5-month-long courses, teaching 2000+ students about Social Media Marketing from scratch to getting their first paid client. Lead regular solo Q&A sessions of 20 students, provided technical and management support on several Slack communities, video reviewed hundreds of students tasks. As extra-official activities I also participated in team leader meetings to address day-to-day team management issues, data analysis, KPI definition and monitoring, data dashboards, team and student tracking.

Bespoke mechanical design from concept to manufacturing for automotive product lines.

Process and mechanical design of six-axis robotic cells to automate new product lines and improve existing ones. • Implemented 6 robot cells in a year for washing system and emission control product lines: Working as a core team of 2 people (electrical & mechanical), started the robotic workshop and team and tackled the challenge to automatize the plant to increase quality and productivity. Designed and/or sourced tooling, pneumatics, fixtures and auxiliary systems needed for the line, while meeting deadlines.• Build and programming support, as well as other departments: lead and supported the cells build. Also supported hands-on the robot programming, and departments in need of 3D design tasks for continuous improvement. • Project documentation and support across all areas and departments: PFMEA, risk assessment, flow chart and layout improvements. Data collection and analysis to improve processes and find optimization opportunities.

Definition of new processes and continuous improvement operations. Defined file templates and gathered the information about processes of many product families. At the same time provided fast technical support to Logistics, Supply Chain, Quality, R&D, Production and Maintenance departments and improved processes by purchasing new technologies and machines. Make or Buy, capacity studies and • NPI projects for OEM clients, process definition and improvement: Defined process file templates and created PFMEA, Flow Chart and Layout for product families and specific NPI for key OEM clients such as Triumph and NTN. • Full cycle equipment design or acquisition: Once defined process needs, held responsibility for equipment design or acquisition. Documented new technologies, defined machine specifications and successfully oversaw the production by meeting periodically with suppliers to ensure objectives as well as deadlines. • Notable reduction of changeover times in test processes: Reduced changeover times of a test process in a HVLV (High Variety Low Volume) environment by 500%, applying SMED on the tooling groups design. In addition, kept the tooling amount to a minimum by parametrizing the entire product family with spreadsheets.• Test phase quality multiplied: Increased the quality of a product family substantially (parameters tested from 2 to 11) while maintaining cycle time. • Machine design and sourcing for process improvement: Designed many machines and jigs for assembly and test procedures using SolidWorks. Added and improved security systems of outdated machines and processes.

During a sudden family illness, prepared quotations and defined order viability of sheet metal projects in the family business.

Responsibilities included the design of machinery to wind and measure cable. From the structural calculus to BOMs, efficiently delivered the whole documentation ready for mechanical production and assembly of the equipment. • Broadened company range in coil weight machine capability by 250%, by designing a new heavy-duty machine. • Achieved new client purchases by developing special projects meeting new product requirements for quality and security standards (e.g. ISO 13857), overhauling and updating the flagship machine. • Defined new file standards: created a new BOM (Bill of Materials) standard which reduced issues to a minimum during product assemblies. • Successfully delivered project documentation for manufacturing (i.e. DFM with processes such as sheet metal laser cutting, machining and tubular structure welding), preparing 3D models and drawings with SolidWorks.
