I focus on building resilient systems capable of adapting to today’s complexities.• Leadership Lab International Co-Founder: In 2018, I co-founded Leadership Lab International with a team of academics from Harvard. Our consulting firm helps organizations navigate complex challenges and crises to achieve sustainable positive global impact through custom-made interventions (individual and group coaching, trainings, workshops, webinars, masterclasses, etc).• Dedicated Leadership Programs: I have co-designed and taught leadership programs for various organizations and institutions, including UNICEF, the Albert Einstein Medical School of Sao Paulo, the Okwelians, and the Leadership Center at Birmingham University (Future Vision Leadership Program).• Faculty Appointments: I have been a member of the faculty at the Harvard Graduate School of Education (EdLd Program), Brown University (MPA - Watson Institute), and the Africa Business School (MBA). • Speaking Engagements: I am a frequent speaker at conferences, leadership programs, and training sessions for prominent NGOs, universities and organizations such as the Obama Foundation and the Paris Peace Forum.
