Main ResponsibilitiesAs Portfolio Manager at Nordania Leasing, Real Estate, I have been responsible for a large property portfolio. The goal has been to continuously improve the individual property’s business case, thereby creating loyal and satisfied customers. Financial calculations, submission of tenders and contract negotiations have been an essential part of the process with each customer. I have worked with hedging interest rate risks, partly by taking out and repaying money-market loans and partly by selling investment properties at strategically chosen times. In addition to my responsibilities as Portfolio Manager, I have also been Product Owner responsible for drawing up specifications for the development of a wide range of IT modules, including responsibility for field and function descriptions, test cases and organisational implementation. With my concept document for Finance and Leasing, in 2017 I was the initiator and leasing consultant in the establishment of the e-learning "Basic Course in Financial Leasing".

This included day-to-day hedging of interest-rate and exchange-rate positions using interest rate derivatives and short-term money-market loans. As part of the hedging policy, weekly meetings were held with the management of Nordania Leasing to discuss and determine the hedging strategy for the coming week. During my time as Finance Manager, I have been responsible for drawing up specifications for the development of a wide range of IT modules, including responsibility for field and function descriptions, test cases and organisational implementation.

This involved interviews with prospective employees, organisation and optimisation of workflow, and development of a wide range of IT modules to support processes between Customer Service, customers, the Sales Department and Accounts. Overall responsibility for ensuring that the department's case management was in accordance with procedures, policies and the SLA concluded with the Sales Department.
