Previously, as an Associate Consultant in Supply Chain Management at Wipro Limited, I worked closely with stakeholders across cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for supply chain projects. I translated stakeholder requirements into tangible deliverables such as functional specifications, user stories, workflow/process diagrams, data flow/data model diagrams, and managed UAT during project life cycle. In my earlier role as an Assistant Manager in Supply Chain Management at Reliance Industries Limited (AJIO.com E-commerce), I worked on end-to-end supply chain projects from planning, requirement gathering, business process mapping, solution architecture, and implementation to user acceptance testing, change management, stakeholder engagement, training and development, and people management.
