My curiosity for human behaviors and attitudes led me to pursue my master’s degree in counselling and psychotherapy .I’ve spent more than 3000 clinical hours in individual therapy, helping clients overcome emotional distress and behavioral issues. . I’m also a certified professional trainer of more than 10 years of experience in the training field .I was lucky to help many individuals, universities and corporates achieve their potential and reach their goals such as (HSBC, Speranza, ACIC,CIC, Maverick Mena). Recently I decided to combine my clinical knowledge with my training experience to deliver maximum benefits and best performance outcomes. My trainings adopt integrated learning approach while using different schools like cognitive behavioral therapy , dialectical behavioral therapy and emotionally focused therapy ;and that differs & depends on the TNA conducted for each entity.
