I am currently working on projects linking art therapy, video, performance, installation and interactive art.I completed my DEC in Fine Arts at Dawson College and studied at Concordia University in Intermedia. I am the former administrator of an online feminist art/support group with 2000 active club members from 2013 to 2015. I represented the Intermedia program at school talks in order to inspire young multidisciplinary artists. In 2016, I helped plan and participate as the visual designer of the events known as “Good Time”,“Mirror House”, "Mind Portals", "VOID" and "Dream Circle". Recently, I have been exhibiting simulations such as immersive environment installations and VR in Galleries online and IRL.My main source of inspiration are dreams as they are portals to experience what can and cannot be felt in reality or manifested within the physical realm. Virtual reality offers the same types of possibilities for the mind to be explored; as both VR and dreams are safe spaces for investigation, our physical self stays intact and our minds go through the simulation.
