Responsible for building relationships with new recruitment channels to the company, like colleges and universities. Maintain appropriate statistics and reports including vacancy lists, new hires and turnover reports. Participating in all related recruitment events such as employment days in universities and employment fairs. Create a detailed database file through recording detailed information about applied candidates, the assessment center and track their final results and status in addition to resumes data during the year. Preparing Job offer to the accepted candidates in addition to orientation program for new employees. Initiated Summer Internship program for the company. Issuing and preparing of form (1), (2) and form (6) for the social insurance. Collect all employees training needs and conduct Training Needs Analysis based on the Performance Appraisal Results.
