* Coordination of global purchasing orders for renting real estate and facilities for all Amdocs sites internationally: Renewal of rental contracts, coordination of contract signing, yearly tracking and future planning, guarantee handling and renewal. •Daily tracking of site statuses and alerts of approaching contract expiration via Planon management system.•Maintenance of vendor database, tracking of payments, generation of financial reports.•Supporting the department manager and team, alongside independent project management, such as: Revamp of purchasing methodologies: Initiation of the process and leading the creation of an internal exam for employees and managers companywide, coordination with internal training department to create a web based training module, interface with global purchasing, scheduling of courses.•Relevant computer skills: OLF – supplier setup, ERP, Planon, DSA, exporting data from BO to excel.

• Maintenance of the contract and agreement system for approx. 120 subsidiaries, including filing and providing data for management and the team.•Responsible for department budget, including reviewing consumed services and approving invoices in the Mark View 170 system.•Coordination of meetings for legal documents signings (agreements, protocols, etc.).•Correspondence with international attorneys’ offices about establishing, dismantling and merging of companies.
