- Reviewing project requirements and specifications to understand the scope of the project .- Providing guidance and support to junior architects and developers on technical issues and design decisions.- Study government regulations For Land design to ensure that they are met .- Collaborating with other senior stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers and development teams, to ensure successful project delivery.- Review Tendering Package and specifications to ensure that technical requirements are met.- Reviewing and approving technical designs, code, and other deliverables to ensure quality and compliance with standards.- Leading the design and development of architecture solutions that align with business objectives and requirements.- Ensuring that the technical architecture of a project meets the needs of the business, is scalable and maintainable, and can be implemented successfully .- Coordinate Between Architecture , Mechanical & Structural Drawings .- Follow Up on Permit Process of Projects With Government .- Maintaining architectural frameworks and models that ensure consistency and scalability of solutions.- Participating in project meetings and providing technical input and advice to project team members .- Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure that work is being completed according to specifications and safety standards.- 3D Interior Design For Projects .- Developing and implementing best practices, processes, and standards for architecture design and development.- Meeting with client for technical support and any desirable and possible change in interior design .- Providing technical assistance and guidance to project team members and resolving technical issues that arise during the project.- Coordinating with other project team members, including architects, engineers, contractors to ensure that work is coordinated and completed according to specifications.

Villas Project at The New Capital : - Work on design of the villas (2D) .- Work on the project's layout .5. Work on the design of other projects ex: ( Blaze office , sales office & Administration office at the company building ) .6. Prepar the Bill of Quantities of any project of the company .7. Follow up the abstracts, invoices and financial matters of the sites of the company .8. Supervision of the work of the site of any project of the company if needed
