Business development center• Generating Sales Leads(Inbound & outbound)• Handling all the sales enquiries over the phone.•Contribut with Marketing Dep. in all the events and campaigns.•verifying the customers data and profiling it.•coaching new trainees.•Arrange the analytic daily, Monthly and YTD Reports & presenations.

•Updating customer's data.•Generating Sales Leads.•Tele-sales .•Giving new offers to the customers.•Inviting the customers to the events confirming the visit.•Convincing customers to buy over the phone through inbound & outbound calls.•Follow up the sales prospects from the first Contact to the thank you at the completion of the deaL.•Verifying the prospect statues " hot,warm&cold"•Analysis Sales report & their feedbacks.•Preparing lost sales reports of the other brand they bought and the reason.Preparing marketing Reports.
