Origin Story - this is my life’s story published in Newsweek US:https://www.newsweek.com/japans-megxit-we-need-feminist-human-rights-conversation-opinion-1644141Hi! I am on a life mission to explore the social and business opportunities that diversity can bring. I’m an advocate of human rights. I am conversant in business opportunities of cloud technology, AI-driven business model, digital business strategy, organizational change management and legacy corporate survival, innovation techniques, and global macro trends. My current project is CULTURELABS a company I started where we apply diversity and inclusion to the challenges of business innovation and transformation. In this I support and apply the concepts of Agile and Design Thinking where autonomous, self organized, empathetic and cross functional small teams innovate and transform companies together. Inclusivity and diversity are both required to create results. We work remotely, with members in global locations. This allows us to expose ourselves to various trends and social challenges, creating a diverse information pool and inspiration we bring to work everyday, in contrast and contribution to the siloed myopia of the urban office life our clients tend to feel stuck in. I have been active in diversity at every company I worked at - have a separate resume highlighting these activities.I love travel; and spend a bunch of time working remotely in global locations. Been to over 70 countries. I have also been a working parent with elder care responsibilities, have special needs of my own, and always love to discuss a more inclusive and equitable future of work (in the AI era) and gender roles.
