🔺A bachelor's degree in Computer Science and currently pursuing a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Birmingham. My academic focus lies in software development, project management, leadership roles and leveraging AI technologies for various purposes. 🔺I had the opportunity to work at Sharjah International Airport within the IT department as an intern, gaining valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of airport technology infrastructure and operations. The roles assigned to me included supporting IT systems, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to the efficiency of airport operations through technological solutions. I also had the opportunity to get hands on experience on check in software such as AMADEUS. Indeed it was a great experience 🔺currently working on a part time leadership role as an IT Manager at Radiant Link General Trading Co LLC, a trading enterprise based in Dubai UAE. My responsibilities include but not limited to managing and maintaining customer database, B2B communications and end user communication line with higher management , overseeing the implementation and maintenance of software and hardware infrastructure.
