Organized and analyzed data from several sources, using statistical methods to ensure validity of results, specifically within the Telecommunication global market and provided the director of strategic planning and VP Marketing (Telecom and Networking) with visual analyses to achieve the organization's growth and profitability objectives. The division went recently through acquisition and major restructuring and I was one of many who were impacted.

As a Strategic Planning intern at Emerson, I led a team responsible for tracking the flow of the company’s standard configurable sample manufacturing process. During this project, I identified and resolved bottlenecks, which led to a 55% reduction in average lead-times, bringing them down from 76 days to 42. Additionally, I collaborated with a team analyzing the industrial electric vehicle market's growth, focusing on converters' market potential in China, Europe, and the U.S. Our analysis led to strategic recommendations for decision-makers, emphasizing the importance of aggressive investment in this rapidly expanding market to gain competitive advantages.

I worked in a team to evaluate three potential business models using capital budgeting metrics, which enabled the division to move forward with development plans. Additionally, I developed a penetration strategy for a $750 million market, backed by an analysis of market growth expectations, future trends, and reimbursement models.

I worked for the Iraqi branch of the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), an organization affiliated with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. During my time as a program coordinator, I significantly expanded my role and responsibilities, leading teams in various aspects of business development and capacity building, as well as participating in consulting projects. My efforts culminated in the successful implementation of several capacity-building and leadership training programs for over 200 Iraqi business associations and the Chamber of Commerce, which helped them increase membership and diversify their sources of income.
