My way into the creative field is rather unconventional. During my studies I started as a working student in Human Resources at an international insurance company. After my degree in business administration and economics I chose an internship as a strategic project manager at Deutsche Bahn. I learned a lot about managing and taking care of huge projects with many stakeholders throughout the years. Because I am a creative person I missed being exposed to that in my work life. So I decided to study and manage more creative projects to include that creative factor into my work life. FREE SPIRIT gave me the opportunity to join their team during an internship. Since I was able to work as a freelancer in creative production and project management I learned a lot in the creative music field. Now I combine my management and creative skills with my passion for music by working for Universal Music Group @ CHAPTER ONE.
