By introducing the oil & gas industry’s first hydrocarbon accounting blockchain solution, I reduced processing time from 45 to 30 days. I also led an effort to reduce redundancies and optimize efficiencies across multiple subsidiaries, realizing annual savings in the tens of millions of dollars. Earlier in my career, I became the first woman in the company’s history to lead a maintenance team.I understand what is needed to move the business forward from a technological standpoint while bringing the soft skills and business acumen necessary to motivate teams and execute goals.
