Our customers come from a wide variety of industries, including chemical, petrochemical, food & beverage, oil & gas, water & wastewater, power & energy and life sciences.In my current role, I support the following functions: • Ensure all payroll processing activities are completed in a timely manner including regular bi-weekly pays, additional pays, express checks, adjustments, etc. • Develop, implement and ensure compliance with State and Federal guidelines. • Work directly with Accounting to report applicable financial information.• Manage payment to vendors for voluntary withholdings and employee benefits. • Assist with 401K loan program and administers payments according to plan guidelines. • Maintain accurate employee data in all information systems containing employee information including HRIS, benefit providers, performance management, SAP, etc. • Maintain accurate and current employee files and records including timely filing of employee paperwork in the appropriate files, organized and easily accessible for all Human Resources personnel. • Complete quarterly audits to ensure data in maintained in accordance with corporate policy and governmental regulations. • Assist with onboarding process of new employees and completes data entry of new hire paperwork into all systems. • Complete required governmental reporting in regards to Fair Labor Standard Act. • Coordinate information flow to order new or replacement uniforms for production and production support associates. • Maintain statistics on process key performance metrics and report them monthly.
